Service Description

* This is a 25-minute Zoom class. Take my trial class and design the best 1:1 classes for you! Q1: What are we going to do in the trial class? A: First, you will share your current level, motivation, and learning goals. Based on your answers, I will recommend the right classes for you. I will also briefly show you how our class will be structured. Q2: What do I need to prepare? A: Please think about what you would like to ask me. If you have any special needs for the class, feel free to let me know. This will help me design an appropriate class for you. Q3: What class materials do you use? A: I use books (PDF files) and share my screen via iPad. After each class, you will receive screenshots of my notes. MP3 files and vocabulary lists will be sent through Google Drive. For some advanced classes, I offer a Google Doc to track and review your progress.

Cancellation Policy

Students can cancel or reschedule a class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling; the teacher will wait for 20 minutes in the case of a no-show before closing the class. If a student has a legitimate emergency, they may contact the instructor to discuss special considerations on a case-by-case basis.
